This is an updated post about trading arrangements into the UK and Europe, including drop-shipping, now that the Brexit deal is in place. UK customers We don't expect any change in our arrangements with you. Your orders will continue to be shipped via DHL and you'll continue to be invoiced by our UK company. Shipments may take longer to clear in the short term, simply because HMRC and the UK border authorities will be much busier handling shipments to and from the EU, which until now have not needed to clear customs. We have two Print Shop updates to set you up and inspire you for the holiday season! 1. We've launched the Print Shop Instagram account. This space will be dedicated solely to Print Shop and selling online. We'll share the beautiful work of the photographers and artists using our platform, spiced up with tips and inspiration about To View More >>

The four-week New Zealand COVID-19 shut-down starts 26 March. And since announcing that Queensberry's production will be on hold for the duration we’ve had lots of people asking whether Print Shop will be available. It's obviously unfortunate timing, but the short answer is yes. However, order deliveries will be delayed. Print Shop functionality will remain active in Workspace, and we encourage you to continue setting up — not just Print Shop but also, if you haven't done so yet, your standard Image Gallery shopping carts. Selling albums online is now common, and for very good reason. If you’re shooting destination or out-of-town weddings, chances are you’ll never see clients except on the big day. Even people who live on the other side of the city can face a big commute every time they come to see you. This becomes more of an issue the more successful you are, as people will be booking you as a result of referrals and your reputation—not because you’re handy and don’t charge too much! But selling online can be more difficult than in the studio. First, it’s harder to get people To View More >>

The presentation boxes our albums come in don’t even bear our name, but to us, and our customers, they're a key part of our identity, and express the quality and classic design we stand for. Like Tiffany’s Blue Boxes … but maybe not quite as famous! Our boxes must be intensely practical too, and work across a huge variety of sizes, colours and cover materials. So when we redesigned them in 2016 we didn't throw out the old ones, we refreshed and upgraded them — with more silkscreen passes, new colours and matching grey To View More >>
